We had a great New Year's celebration at a hotel in the mountains. The location was perfect for us since we wanted to get away from the city and enjoy some fresh air and snowy scenery. The hotel offered a wonderful play area for the kids, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They had an amazing New Year's Eve party with lots of food, drinks, and dancing that we all thoroughly enjoyed. Plus, the rooms were clean and cozy, and we had a lovely view of the mountains from our window.
That the walls between the rooms were a bit thin, and we could hear some noise from the neighbors. , the breakfast buffet was a bit limited compared to what we were used to, but it was still tasty and satisfying.

We had a fantastic stay in the Tatra mountains, with the hotel's great location surrounded by beautiful nature. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were amazing. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and we were impressed by the well-maintained and cozy atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's delicious breakfast served at an early time was a pleasant surprise, allowing us to start our day early for outdoor activities.

The hotel was situated in a beautiful and peaceful location, perfect for a romantic escape. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and the seating area was cozy with a fireplace. We also loved the staff, they were friendly and attentive to our needs.
We were unable to get a good night's sleep.

Rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and fitted out with comfortable bedding and pleasant bathrooms. the friendly staff ensures you have a great service experience. Breakfast is sumptuous, offering different delicious options. the hotel has great facilities for kids, including outdoor playgrounds, playrooms, and animals, and a small spa with a fantastic jacuzzi that uses a thermal spring.
There can be noise disturbance in the lobby at night when guests are talking loudly, making it difficult to sleep.
